Zach's Priorities

Nevadans and their families are facing challenging economic times, and Zach is focused on getting things done.

As Nevada's State Treasurer since 2019, Zach has fought every day to keep our economy on the right track, while ensuring that Nevadans have the resources they need to get ahead.

Zach is running to be Nevada’s next Attorney General because residents across our State deserve someone who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to take on the big fights.

Whether it's protecting Nevadans from overreach by the federal government, leveling the playing field for workers, families, and small businesses, or delivering results for Nevadans who are struggling - Zach has the experience to get things done.

Protecting Nevada from Federal Overreach

Right now, the federal government is working to end programs and services that Nevadans rely on. Zach will not sit back and allow Donald Trump and his administration destroy our State's economy as they seek to take advantage of Nevada's workers and their families.

Instead, Zach is going to stand up and fight back.

As our next Attorney General, Zach will:

  • Fight back against Trump's destructive agenda.

  • Defend our constitutional rights.

  • Ensure that teachers, students, classrooms do not lose valuable financial resources.

  • Protect access to clean air and water in every community.

  • Fight for Nevada's businesses and workers.

  • Defend voting rights.

  • Protect access to affordable health care.

  • Fight any attempts to limit reproductive freedom.

Leveling the Playing Field for Workers, Families, and Small Businesses

As Donald Trump seeks to provide tax breaks to the wealthiest corporations, Nevadans deserve an Attorney General who understands, Nevadans deserve an Attorney General who understands the challenges that small businesses and their employees face on a daily basis.

As an attorney, Zach focused on helping small businesses expand and hire more people. As our State Treasurer, he spearheaded programs to help renters with monthly expenses, to keep small businesses on their feet, and to put money in people's pockets when they need it the most.

Zach will continue fighting to level the playing field so that workers, families, and small businesses have the same opportunity to succeed as corporations.

As our next Attorney General, Zach will:

  • Ensure Nevadans have access to affordable housing.

  • Safeguard seniors from being taken advantage of by scams.

  • Secure protections for our veterans to receive the benefits they have earned.

  • Provide small businesses with tools to help them succeed.

  • Fight for corporate accountability and consumer protections.

  • Hold drug manufacturers accountable to lower costs for Nevadans.

  • Protect workers' rights and prevent discrimination and wage theft.

Delivering Results for Nevadans

Since 2019, Zach has worked across the aisle to bring people together and deliver results for communities that often get left behind.

As our State Treasurer, Zach has invested over $2 billion to address our housing crisis, he's worked with our local building and construction trades to create new pathways to the middle class, and he's never turned his back on working people.

From financing affordable housing projects in Las Vegas and Reno, to building new fire stations in West Wendover and Washoe County, and establishing a program that's attracting health care professionals in rural communities - Zach continues to deliver results in all of Nevada's 17 counties.

As our next Attorney General, Zach will not rest until Nevadans get more out their government. He will fight to deliver real, meaningful results for every Nevadan regardless of their ZIP code.
